Directions:
For general intestinal health, take 1-3 capsules daily. For travel, take 1 capsule three times daily. Start two days before departures and continue until two days after return. To counteract antibiotic side effects, take 2-3 capsules daily during antibiotic treatment (three hours after antibiotic use). Continue for one week after finishing treatment. This supplement is most effective when taken with food and water.
