Ingredients:
500 mg Elemental Calcium, 400 IU of Vitamin D.
Directions:
Take one or two chewable tablets daily, or as directed by your physician. As with all calcium supplements, avoid using Calcia two (2) hours prior to or until four (4) hours after taking other medications.
