OPTION + MELATONIN 3MG 90 TABLETS

Helps to increase the total sleep time in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule (e.g. shift-work, jet lag). 

Medicinal Ingredients (Each tablet contains): 
Melatonin............................................3mg 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients (Alphabetical Order): 
Croscarmellose sodium, D-mannitol, D-Sorbitol, Magnesium sterate, Maize starch, Maltitol, Natural flavours (Lavender, Peppermint, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic acid. No artificial flavour, colour or preservative. No lactose, yeast, gluten, sucrose or aspartame.

Recommended Dose : 

Adults > 19 years : Take 1 to 3 tablets daily at or before bedtime. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. 

**Cautions : Keep out of reach of children. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
