Helps increase the total sleep time (aspect of sleep quality) in people suffering from sleep restriction. Helps re-set the body's sleep-awake cycle (aspect of circadian rhythm). Helps to prevent and/or reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Medicinal Ingredient (Each tablet contains):
Melatonin.................................................5mg
Non - Medicinal Ingredients (Alphabetical Order):
Crospovidone, d-mannitol, poly (acetate de vinyle), povidone, stearate de magnesium, dioxyde de silicium, saveur naturelle (mente poivree).
Recommended dose :
Adults: 1 to 2 tablets daily, before bedtime.
Jet lag: do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Take one a day at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at a destination until adaption to the new daily pattern has occured.
