How Our Online Store Works

  • Being a small store there are only so many products we can carry in store, however we have catalogued roughly 10000 products you can still purchase and have us bring in.  We hope to greatly increase this number in the coming months and years
  • In the above example, when the product is not in stock, the product page will have the notation "ADVIL CPLT 200MG 50'S is available for online sale only. You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup or delivery, usually 2-3 business days"
  •  Most items we can bring in 1-2 business days after we receive an order. Business days being Monday to Friday.  Some products, such as certain natural foods and organic products will usually be 2-3 business days.
  • For a limited time, any products not in stock at the time of online purchase we will credit your Loyalty Points account 10% of the total value.
  • For example, if you purchase $100 of products not in stock, we will credit your Loyalty Points account with 1000 points (i.e $10 value), the 10% credit will be in addition to the regularly accrued loyalty points on that transaction
  • The 10% Loyalty Credit only applies to products purchased online and picked up in-store.  It does not apply to product purchases made in store, or products that we ship or deliver. In store purchases and shipped orders receive regular loyalty point values.
  • In certain circumstances due to manufacturer shortages, we may not be able to bring in a purchased out of stock item.  In those situations we will notify you as soon as possible, usually the same day the order is placed.
