Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a return, please contact us as soon as possible.
30-Day Return Period
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must generally be unused, unopened where applicable, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
For health, safety, hygiene, regulatory, or product-integrity reasons, certain products cannot be returned.
This may include certain health and personal care products, intimate or sanitary products, perishable goods, hazardous or flammable products, gift cards, downloadable products, and other items that cannot safely be resold once they have left our control.
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us promptly.
We may request photographs or other information so that we can assess the issue.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
Sale and Promotional Items
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, sale, clearance, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return or refund.
Any return restrictions applicable to a specific promotion or product will be communicated where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Unless the return results from an error by Queensborough Community Pharmacy or a defective or damaged product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return is the result of our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning higher-value items.
Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so.

You may withdraw consent to certain uses of your personal information, subject to legal, regulatory, contractual, or operational limitations.
Shopify and Service Providers
Our online store is hosted by Shopify.
Shopify and other service providers may process personal information on our behalf in order to provide e-commerce hosting, payment processing, order management, analytics, fraud prevention, communications, shipping, advertising, or other services required to operate our website and business.
We may disclose personal information to service providers only as reasonably necessary for the services they provide or where otherwise permitted or required by law.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies.
Some cookies are necessary for essential website functions such as maintaining your shopping cart, remembering preferences, supporting checkout, preventing fraud, and maintaining website security.
Other technologies may be used for analytics, website performance, personalization, or advertising.
Where required, you may be provided with controls that allow you to manage non-essential cookies and certain uses of your information.

We may use advertising, analytics, or marketing services that help us understand how customers interact with our website and, where permitted, provide more relevant advertising.
Depending on your location, certain disclosures or uses of personal information for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under applicable privacy laws.
Where these rights apply, you may use the Your Privacy Choices page on our website to submit an applicable opt-out request.
Where legally required and technically supported, we may also recognize browser-based privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to operate our business, fulfill your order, provide requested services, process payments, arrange delivery or shipping, maintain our technology systems, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.
We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, regulation, court order, regulatory authority, or other lawful process.
We do not disclose personal information for purposes unrelated to those described in this policy unless permitted by law or with appropriate consent.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, loss, or destruction.
Payment transactions are processed using service providers that maintain their own security and payment-card compliance programs.
No method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may request access to personal information that Queensborough Community Pharmacy holds about you, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
You may also request correction of personal information that you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.
We may need to verify your identity before processing an access or correction request.
Requests should be directed to our Privacy Compliance Officer.
