How to Wear:

• Open all hook fasteners and slide thumb into thumb hole. Wrap support around hand and secure fastener at the base of wrist, then secure thumb strap
• Wrap long strap around wrist and secure. Adjust all fasteners until fit feels firm, yet comfortable
• The metal stays can be adjusted to accomodate recommended positioning, or removed completely for more moderate support

Care Instructions:

To wash, remove both metal stabilizers through slits at the base of the support, and secure all fasteners. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
