HOLISTA MELATONIN 3MG 60'S

Melatonin is a natural hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle in the body. Using melatonin before bedtime can help relieve insomnia, to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, day time fatigue associated with jet lag and increase the total sleep time (aspect of sleep quality) in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule, e.g. shift-work and jet lag.

Usage:

At bedtime only, allow to dissolve under tongue, 1-3 tablets once daily or as directed by a physician. For continued use beyond a four week period, consult your physician.
