Directions:

SAM-e should always be taken on an empty stomach.

Dosage:

• For depression/cholestasis take 1 to 4 tablets orally, twice a day for 2 weeks
• For osteoarthritis take 1 to 3 tablets orally, twice a day for 2 weeks
• Do not exceed a total of 8 tablets a day. Effects should be seen within 2 weeks of starting supplementation
