DEVIL'S CLAW - the dried roots of this African plant possess anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties.
ARNICA - contains Helenalin , a potent anti-inflammatory which helps with pain and inflammation.
GINGER - contains a variety of anti-oxidants and helps reduce inflammation and pain.
MENTHOL - is a counterirritant from peppermint oil, which soothes and slightly cools sore heels.
FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF OF ACHES AND PAINS ASSOCIATED WITH TENDONS AND LIGAMENTS
DIRECTIONS - Massage cream onto affected heel(s) 2-3 times daily. For best results, use along with a treatment plan (e.g. rest, calf stretches, heel cushions, and/or orthotics). Several days to weeks of application may be needed to see results, depending on the extent of the heel condition.
