Colace Glycerin Original suppositories for adults are for relief of occasional constipation. Each suppository contains 2.6 g of glycerin. This package contains 12 suppositories. Directions on the package state to remove the suppository from its wrapper, insert into the rectum, and allow it to remain for 15 to 30 minutes. Use one suppository per day. Do not use for more than 1 week unless advised by a doctor.
