Jamp Sodium Phosphate effervescent tablets for oral solution, supplied in a tube of 20 tablets. Each tablet contains 500 mg phosphorus. The label indicates use for hypercalciuria and as an electrolyte replenisher. Adults: take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily only when dissolved in water, preferably 250 mL, and only on the advice of a physician.
