Recommended Dose :
Adults and adolescents 15 and over: Take 4 to 8 softgels 1 time per day.
Children and adolescents: 10 - 14 years: Take 2 to 6 softgels 1 time per day.
Children 3 - 9 years: Take 2 to 3 softgels 1 time per day.
