Option+ Triple Antibiotic Ointment is a topical ointment in a 15 g package. The package lists polymyxin B sulfate, bacitracin zinc and gramicidin, and includes vitamin E. It is intended for minor cuts, scrapes and burns. Clean the affected area, then apply a small amount 1 to 3 times daily as required. It may be covered with a sterile bandage. Store at room temperature, 15°C to 30°C.
